  • 3 oz. pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 20 graham crackers
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Directions

    Dissolve lemon jello in cup of hot water.

    Place in refrigerator to partially thicken.

    Cream the cream cheese with 1 cup sugar; stir thoroughly into jello mixture.
