- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten light
- juice of 1/2 lemon or 3 Tbsp. juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 lb. butter, melted
- 1 lb. sour cream
Directions

1Cream small curd cottage cheese and cream cheese in bowl.

2Add sugar gradually, beating.

3Add eggs; beat well.

4Stir in lemon juice, vanilla, cornstarch and flour.

5Add melted butter; mix until smooth.

6Blend in sour cream.

7Pour into greased 9-inch spring-form pan.

8Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

9Turn off oven and let cake remain for 2 hours.

10Cool 1 hour out of oven before refrigerating.
