  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 13-12 cup sugar
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 16 ounces of softened cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of immitation vanilla extract
  • 9 inches prepared cookies, crust (graham cracker)

Directions

    Mix gelatin and sugar in a bowl.

    Add boiling water and stir until gelatin and sugar completely dissolves.

    Beat cream cheese and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth,then slowly add and beat gelatin and sugar mixture.

    Pour mixture into cookie crust.

    Refrigerate until firm.
