  • 1 lb. cream cheese (two 8 oz.)
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten in one at a time
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream

Directions

    Use a large bowl; mix everything, except sour cream until mixed in.

    Now fold in sour cream.

    Bake 1 1/4 hours at 325°.

    Leave in oven to cool for 2 hours with oven door open.

    (Don't grease and flour pan.)
