  • 8 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2/3 c. Zwieback crumbs (graham crumbs will do also)
  • 2 c. thick sour cream (fresh)
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c. toasted shaved blanched almonds

Directions

    Cream well to soften the cream cheese.

    Beat until stiff egg whites and blend in sugar.

    Combine with cheese and add vanilla. Pour into 8-inch spring-form pan 3-inches deep, buttered and dusted with crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
