  • 250 grams pasta
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry vegetable spice mix
  • 100 grams cheese
  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

    Cook pasta in well salted water with the dry vegetable mix and drain it.

    Put 1/2 of pasta in casserole and cover it with 1/2 sliced cheese.

    Use a Norwegian cheese cutter.

    Add the remaining pasta on top.

    Mix together eggs, milk, oil and some salt and pour over pasta.

    Cover the dish with remaining cheese cut in slices.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes on 250.

    Can be served hot and cold.
