- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Let cheese and margarine soften together, then mix in remaining ingredients.

2Roll into 2-inch rolls; put in aluminum foil (about 3 rolls).

3Chill overnight or longer.

4Slice thin and bake on lightly greased cookie sheet in 325° oven for 20 minutes.
