  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Let cheese and margarine soften together, then mix in remaining ingredients.

    Roll into 2-inch rolls; put in aluminum foil (about 3 rolls).

    Chill overnight or longer.

    Slice thin and bake on lightly greased cookie sheet in 325° oven for 20 minutes.
