- 32 ounces frozen corn, thawed and drained
- 16 ounces Velveeta cheese, shredded
- 1 (4 ounce) canchopped green chilies
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 12 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 12 cup milk
- 2 cups corn chips, crushed
Directions

1Mix all ingredients reserving 1/2 cup of cheese and 1/2 cup of corn chips.

2Place in a greased baking dish.

3Bake at 350F for 50 minutes.

4Sprinkle with remain corn chips and cheese.

5Bake 5 more minutes to melt cheese.

6Substutions; Sometimes we use mild cheddar cheese instead of Velveeta.

7Sometimes we use cream of chicken soup instead of the milk.

8Sometimes we use canned corn instead of frozen.
