- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 c. Rice Krispies cereal
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large mixing bowl, blend together cheese and butter.

3Work in flour and pepper evenly until it forms a soft dough. Work in Rice Krispies until evenly mixed.

4Roll into 1/2-inch balls.

5Press flat on palm of hand.

6Place on ungreased cookie sheets.

7Prick tops with toothpick.

8Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.

9Makes 50 to 60.
