  • 1/2-lb. sharp cheese, grated
  • 1/2 lb. margarine
  • 2 c. of flour
  • 2 c. Rice crispies or chopped nuts
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

    Mix cheese and margarine (room temperature); add remaining ingredients.

    Form into balls and flatten with fork on baking sheet.
