- 1 lb. margarine
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 8 egg whites
- 1 large loaf French bread
Directions

1Mix over low heat in a heavy pan the margarine, cheese and cream cheese.

2When cheeses are melted and all mixed together, turn heat off.

3Beat egg whites until stiff.

4Fold into cheese mixture.

5Cube French bread into 1-inch cubes.

6Line a cookie sheet with foil.

7With tongs, dip bread cubes in cheese mixture. Place single layer on foil.

8Freeze them in a plastic bag and keep frozen.

9Bake on foiled lined pan at 400° for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve.
