  • 12 oz. cottage cheese
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 large can evaporated milk

Directions

    Mix in order given and pour in large 10-inch unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 375° and bake until custard is firm.
