- 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 egg, separated
Directions

1Pat out onto a 9 x 13-inch pan the first package of crescent rolls.

2Mix egg yolk, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice.

3Pour over rolls.

4Put the second package of rolls on cheese mixture.

5Beat egg whites and brush on top.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
