- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 egg white
Directions

1Place the first 5 ingredients in mixer and blend thoroughly. Spread 1 package crescent rolls in a 9 x 13-inch pan or long glass baking dish, pushing up sides.

2Spread cheese mixture over rolls, leaving a small edge of bread showing.

3Spread another package crescent rolls over cheese mixture. Mix the water and egg white and beat with fork.

4Brush top bread with egg white/water mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
