  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped

    Combine gelatin and water.

    Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in cheese, drained pineapple and whipped cream.

    Pour into 1-quart mold.

    Chill.
