- 1/4 c. beer
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Directions

1Place cheese spread cubes in a 2-quart casserole dish. Microwave at 50% power for 3 to 6 minutes or until melted, stirring once.

2Beat in beer and garlic with wire whisk until smooth.

3Microwave at High until heated, about 1 minute.
