  • 1 c. scalded milk
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. grated American cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 stiffly beaten egg whites

Directions

    Combine in double boiler and cook 30 to 45 minutes.
