- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- cayenne pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies (optional)
Directions

1Bring cheese and margarine to room temperature.

2Combine all ingredients well.

3Roll into small balls (the size of a marble). Place on an ungreased cookie sheet 1 inch apart and press slightly with a fork.

4Bake at 325° for approximately 20 minutes.

5Cool and store in an airtight container.
