Directions

1Combine masa flour and water in bowl. Roll into 3 inch balls. Roll out with rolling pin until thin. Fry in pan with canola or corn oil. set aside. combine 6 cups cottage cheese, 3 cups chedder cheese and 1 cup green onion diced. add salt and pepper to taste. lay tortillas not overlapping on bottom of 8x13 glass baking dish. place cheese mixture on top. finish placing remaining tortillas on top. Add both green and red sauce equally. Enough to drench mixture.Add chedder cheese on top and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
