- equal amount grated Cheddar and Jack cheese (about 3/4 c. each)
- chopped green onions
- 1 large can enchilada sauce (20 oz.)
- 13 corn tortillas
Directions

1Mix cheese and onions (keep out a little cheese to top enchilada with).

2Next, heat the enchilada sauce.

3Dip the tortillas in sauce to soften.

4Fill with cheese-onions and roll up.

5Place them, seam side down, in a glass baking pan.

6Pour the rest of the enchilada sauce over and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

7Bake at 350° until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
