  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 c. green pepper (optional)
  • 1 lb. can cream-style corn or 2 c. frozen corn
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion

    Beat egg in mixing bowl.

    Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon in greased, 1-quart casserole.

    Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for about 35 minutes.
