Ingredients

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 packages cream cheese 8 oz
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in the blender

    Pour into the pan with caramel sauce on bottom
  3. 3
    Cook for 55 minutes at 350a, check with a tooth pick in the center to be dry and slightly firm.

    For caramel sauce use a sauce pan and cook sugar and water until melted and change color to light brown ( caramel color)
