- 250 g camembert cheese (1 package)
- 4 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 cup chutney (use your favorite, I like mangochutney or plumchutney)
Directions

1Unwrap cheese and wallow in currypowder.

2Put the cheese in an ovensave tray which looks nice to serve the dish in later.

3Pour chuntey all over it.

4Bake at 350 (180) until the chuntey begins to bubble and the cheese is soft when you pick into it (about 8 minutes).

5Serve with freshly baked, white bread or bread sticks and a glass of good, dry red wine (optional).
