- 1 envelope low calorie strawberry flavored gelatin
- 3/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 4 1/2 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 c. honeydew melon balls
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in unsweetened juice), drained
- 3 Tbsp. snipped mint leaves
Directions

1Sprinkle gelatin on cottage cheese to soften.

2Stir in and let stand a few minutes. Stir again to dissolve gelatin.

3Fold in whipped topping and fruits.

4Cover and refrigerate until time to serve. Divide into 6 dessert dishes. Serves 6. Contains 125 calories.
