- 12 teaspoon table salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese, drained
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 12 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions

1Stir all ingredients together until smooth.

2Heat 1/2 cup oil in a large skillet.

3When shimmering, add batter to pan by large spoonfulls, patting out into a thick pancake.

4Fry 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

5Continue frying pancakes until batter is all used up.

6Serve hot, with sour cream, apple sauce or maple syrup.
