  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can pimiento
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of cayenne
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. diced roasted almonds
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. grated onion
  • diced roasted almonds

Directions

    Grind together Cheddar and cream cheese, pimiento and almonds; stir in lemon juice, salt, Worcestershire and onion.

    Shape into logs about 1 1/4-inch in diameter; roll in diced almonds.

    Chill. Slice thin to serve.
