- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Soften cheeses at room temperature.

2Mix cheese, garlic salt and chopped nuts.

3Make into logs about the size of a round cracker.

4Roll in a mixture of red pepper and paprika.

5Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

6Slice and serve with crackers.
