- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1 stick margarine (at room temperature)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Measure Bisquick into large bowl.

2Cut in the softened margarine (texture should be fine grained before adding other ingredients).

3Blend in sour cream.

4Fold in cheese.

5Mixture will be stiff.

6Use hands to mix.

7Fill mini muffin pans (sprayed with Pam) 1/2 to 2/3 full.

8Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes. Yields 3 dozen mini muffins.
