  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 stick margarine (at room temperature)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

    Measure Bisquick into large bowl.

    Cut in the softened margarine (texture should be fine grained before adding other ingredients).

    Blend in sour cream.

    Fold in cheese.

    Mixture will be stiff.

    Use hands to mix.

    Fill mini muffin pans (sprayed with Pam) 1/2 to 2/3 full.

    Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes. Yields 3 dozen mini muffins.
