Cheese 'N' Chicken Dinner

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 1/3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 frying chicken, cut up
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can biscuits
- 4 slices of cheese
Directions

1Melt butter in pan.

2Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper in a sack.

3Shake to blend ingredients.

4Add 2 or 3 pieces of chicken at a time and shake to coat the chicken.

5Place chicken, skin side down, in butter.

6Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.

7Turn chicken; bake 15 minutes more or until golden brown.

8Mix together soup and milk; heat in pan and pour over chicken.

9Move pieces toward center of pan.

10Arrange biscuits around meat and bake 10 minutes more.

11Top each biscuit with a quarter slice of cheese. Put remaining cheese on chicken and bake 5 more minutes.

12Serves 4.
