  • 3 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Directions

    Combine the cream cheese, butter and salt in a large bowl or in a food processor fitted with the metal blade.

    Mix or process until smooth.

    Add the Parmesan cheese and flour and mix to combine.

    Gather the dough into a ball, flatten to a disc and wrap in plastic wrap.

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes before rolling.
