- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 lb. (1 c.) American cheese, shredded (can use Cheddar)
- 1 Tbsp. sliced green onions, sliced thin
- 1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
- 18 pretzel sticks (small ones)
Directions

1Beat cream cheese and milk in small mixer bowl on medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth (1 to 2 minutes).

2Add cheese and green onions.

3Continue beating until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).

4Cover; refrigerate at least one hour.

5Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in pecans.

6To serve, place pretzel stick in each ball.
