  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • salt, pepper and garlic salt
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • gob of Cheez Whiz

    Peel and cube potatoes.

    Cook 8 minutes, no more!

    Melt oleo. Add remaining ingredients.

    Drain potatoes and pour in baking dish.

    Pour cheese sauce over and bake 1/2 hour at 325°.
