- 4 to 6 medium potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- butter
- 2 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Slice the potatoes and place in bottom of casserole dish.

2Add butter to cover potatoes, not heavily, and spread mushroom soup over the top.

3Cover and cook for 40 minutes at 350° with pan covered tightly.

4Then add cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.

5For a different taste add onions.
