  • 5 lb. potatoes, diced and boiled
  • 1 lb. bacon, fried
  • Velveeta, about 1 lb.
  • 1 stick of margarine, melted
  • salt and pepper

    Fry bacon while potatoes are boiling.

    Set bacon aside to cool.

    Drain potatoes.

    Put 1/2 of the potatoes into a casserole dish.

    Put 1/2 cheese, salt, and pepper on top.

    Make another layer.

    Crumble bacon on top.

    Pour melted butter over everything. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
