- 5 lb. potatoes, diced and boiled
- 1 lb. bacon, fried
- Velveeta, about 1 lb.
- 1 stick of margarine, melted
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Fry bacon while potatoes are boiling.

2Set bacon aside to cool.

3Drain potatoes.

4Put 1/2 of the potatoes into a casserole dish.

5Put 1/2 cheese, salt, and pepper on top.

6Make another layer.

7Crumble bacon on top.

8Pour melted butter over everything. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
