  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 2/3 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 sticks oleo or butter
  • 2 (2 lb.) bags Ore-Ida hash browns, frozen

Directions

    Heat cream, cheeses and butter over low heat until melted. Place potatoes in greased 9 x 13-inch pan; let thaw.

    One hour before baking, pour cheese mixture over thawed potatoes to just the top of potatoes.

    Do not mix.

    Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350°.

    Serves 12 to 15.
