- 1 pt. half and half
- 2/3 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 sticks oleo or butter
- 2 (2 lb.) bags Ore-Ida hash browns, frozen
Directions

1Heat cream, cheeses and butter over low heat until melted. Place potatoes in greased 9 x 13-inch pan; let thaw.

2One hour before baking, pour cheese mixture over thawed potatoes to just the top of potatoes.

3Do not mix.

4Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350°.
