  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes or O'Brien potatoes

Directions

    Melt Velveeta and butter in double boiler.

    Remove from heat and add half and half.

    Place potatoes in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add sauce mixture; place in refrigerator for about 1 hour.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
