- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pt. half and half
- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes or O'Brien potatoes
Directions

1Melt Velveeta and butter in double boiler.

2Remove from heat and add half and half.

3Place potatoes in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add sauce mixture; place in refrigerator for about 1 hour.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
