  • 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 1 lb. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • green onions or 1 small onion
  • 1/2 stick margarine

    Thaw hash browns.

    Melt margarine and combine all ingredients. Place in large (9 x 13) baking dish and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350° until brown on top.
