- 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. real mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 c. corn flakes, crushed (can use any kind of flakes)
- 1 lb. processed Velveeta cheese
- 3/4 c. butter or oleo
- 6 pieces fried bacon, crumbled
Directions

1Spread potatoes in 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Spread chopped onion over them.

3Combine mayonnaise, cheese and milk in pan.

4Heat until cheese is melted.

5Spread over potatoes.

6Spread crumbled bacon. Mix corn flakes and melted oleo; put on top.
