- 6 medium potatoes, cooked and grated
- 2 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream (room temperature)
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Cook the potatoes and grate or mash with a wire potato masher. Combine cheese and butter.

2Melt.

3Add sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Fold in potatoes.

4Put into 2-quart casserole. Dot with butter.

5Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
