  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes (not shredded)
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. corn flakes

Directions

    Stir potatoes, sour cream, soup (undiluted) and cheeses together.

    Bake in oven at 350° until bubbly.

    Crush corn flakes and add to melted butter.

    Top potatoes with this mixture and continue to cook 10 to 15 minutes.
