- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes (not shredded)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 2 c. corn flakes
Directions

1Stir potatoes, sour cream, soup (undiluted) and cheeses together.

2Bake in oven at 350° until bubbly.

3Crush corn flakes and add to melted butter.

4Top potatoes with this mixture and continue to cook 10 to 15 minutes.
