  • 6 to 8 medium potatoes
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. diced cheese

Directions

    Boil potatoes in jackets; peel and dice.

    Melt margarine and stir in flour.

    Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.

    Stir in cheese.

    Put potatoes in a greased casserole.

    Pour sauce over them and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
