- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. diced cheese
Directions

1Boil potatoes in jackets; peel and dice.

2Melt margarine and stir in flour.

3Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.

4Stir in cheese.

5Put potatoes in a greased casserole.

6Pour sauce over them and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
