  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 3/4 chopped onion

Directions

    Mix together in bowl the soup, milk and sour cream.

    Layer the potatoes, onions and cheese in a baking dish.

    Pour soup mixture over the top.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
