- 4 to 6 potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Peel and cube potatoes and boil until tender.

3In separate pan, melt butter.

4Add flour and salt.

5Stir in milk.

6Cook quickly, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick.

7Add cheese and stir until melted.

8Pour sauce over potatoes and mix.

9For creamed potatoes, omit cheese.
