- 10 medium potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 c. plain croutons
- 1 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- parsley flakes
- sprinkle of salt
Directions

1Boil potatoes.

2Cool, peel and cube.

3Layer potatoes, onion, sliced cheese and croutons in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

4Pour milk and melted margarine over potatoes.

5Sprinkle bread crumbs and parsley flakes over top.

6Sprinkle with a little salt.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, uncovered.
