  • 1 pt. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Heat milk and butter until butter melts.

    Beat eggs and mix together.

    Add all ingredients together in a bowl.

    Let mixture sit for about 30 minutes.

    This gives the pudding a better taste. Pour into a buttered dish and bake for 45 minutes at 375°.

    When done, it will be all puffed up and brown.
