- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 lb. loaf unsliced (long loaf) white bread (no crust; can get this at bakery)
- 4 egg whites, beaten
Directions

1Melt butter and cheese over hot water; using a double boiler. Cut bread into 1-inch square cubes.

2When cheese is melted; stir to combine and fold in beaten egg whites.

3Dip bread cubes into cheese mixture.

4Place on tray covered with waxed paper.

5Place in freezer.

6When frozen, put in plastic bag to store.

7Makes 5 to 6 dozen.
