- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. Jack cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 2 egg whites
- French bread
Directions

1Cut French bread into 1-inch cubes.

2In double boiler melt first 3 ingredients.

3Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold egg whites into cheese mixture.

4Cover cookie sheet with waxed paper.

5Dip bread into cheese mixture and place on cookie sheet.

6Freeze.

7After frozen, store in airtight container.

8Bake at 350° until lightly browned.

9Makes about 6 dozen.
