- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- pinch of dry mustard
- 1 egg white
- round buttery crackers
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Combine mayonnaise, cheese, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.

3Beat egg white with rotary beater until stiff, but not dry.

4Fold mayonnaise mixture into beaten egg white. Spoon lightly onto crackers and bake 10 to 15 minutes, until puffy and golden brown.

5Serve warm.

6Makes about 1 1/2 dozen.
