  • 1 small white onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • red pepper
  • 1 small jar strawberry preserves

    Grate cheese, then mix it with mayonnaise.

    Stir well.

    Add chopped onion and pecans.

    Add pepper to taste.

    Spoon into mold sprayed with Pam.

    Remove from mold and top with preserves.

    Serve with crackers.
