  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1 c. strawberry preserves

Directions

  1. 1
    Combine all ingredients, except preserves. Mix well. Chill. Mold into ring. Serve with strawberry preserves in center of ring and crackers around ring.
